Privacy

This page describes what this website does with what you type into it. It is specific rather than general, because a privacy policy that could have been written about any website tells you nothing about this one.

What is collected

Only what you type into one of the three forms: your name, a phone number, an email address, your contact preference, when you could come in, whether you have had aesthetic treatment before, and — optionally — a treatment or a concern you are asking about and anything you write in the notes box.

Submissions are emailed to the practice and written to a server log. The treatment field, the concern field, the notes box and the gift-card message are marked for redaction: the log records the field name and the number of characters, never the content. A person’s stated aesthetic concern is not something a log needs to hold.

What is deliberately not collected

• No photographs. There is no upload control anywhere on this site. A face photograph sent to a shared inbox over unencrypted mail is health-adjacent data in a channel that cannot hold it.
• No date of birth. The age confirmation is a checkbox. A date of birth is a durable identifier and the practice needs it at intake, not at inquiry.
• No medical questions. The skin quiz never asks about medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions. Those are asked at the practice, by a licensed provider, on an intake form.
• No third party’s contact details. The referral flow gives you a code to share. There is no field anywhere on this site into which somebody else’s phone number could be typed.

Analytics

If a measurement ID is configured, a conversion event fires after a successful submission carrying an allowlist of fields — on this site, the treatment selection and nothing else. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, free text and the concern selection never leave the server. The allowlist is enforced in code rather than by policy: anything not named in it is dropped even if a caller passes it.

Cookies and tracking

This build sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. No advertising pixel, no session replay, no chat widget. If analytics is enabled on a deployment it uses its own cookies, and that is the only case in which any are set.
